Abstract: In early 2014, the PRIMUS program of Estonia will sponsor a blended learning course that aims to give current and future teaching professionals the opportunity to create online components to enhance their teaching curriculum. This case study will explore the strategies, techniques and experiences of building an intensive workshop and demonstrate the outcomes of its participants.
