The Use of Digital Media in Scientific Further Education: An empirical Analysis of Strategies and Obstacles
Brief Paper: Other
ID: 43255
Abstract: This paper deals with the use of digital media – especially internet technologies – which allows time- and place-independent learning and teaching within scientific further education. Despite the awareness of the wide range of opportunities, which go along with the use of internet technologies, only a few avail themselves of these opportunities, as figured out in a preceding analysis. Why stakeholders use or do not use internet technologies in scientific further education programs? This paper presents preliminary findings of an online survey to answer this question.
