Abstract: Jouni Kangasniemi has been working since 2003 as a senior adviser for the Ministry of Education and Culture. He has a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Helsinki 1992. He describes himself as a learning passionist, although with over 20 years’ experience in the national education policy making.
