Abstract: This paper describes a conceptual model to align Learning Outcomes in Engineering Education with assessment strategies based on e-learning. The model is based on Bloom’s revised taxonomy. The work here presented proposes a conceptual model with three main components that reflect the approach chosen to deal with the problem described above: defining of learning outcomes in Engineering; selection and description of assessment methods and e-assessment strategies; alignment of intended Learning Outcomes and assessment. The study is now in the implementation stage and some findings are described.
