Abstract: One of the latest issues that higher education in Japan faces is the development of global human resources who will be successful internationally. However, the number of Japanese students going abroad to study has been decreasing in the last decade. One of the reasons is the restriction of time and space. To contribute to the issue, we set up a research project that aims to create a global collaborative learning support system.
