Abstract: With rapidly-developed technology and media available for students and educators, the technology-integrated teaching and learning become more diverse and in a framework of dynamic learning. Accordingly, the assessment strategies and methodologies need to align with such dynamic learning. In this paper, we first present the design of an online course that prepares teacher education students to perform dynamic assessment on technology-integrated learning. Secondly, we introduce students’ experiences in (a) assessment planning, (b) instrument evaluation, selection, and development, (c) Data collection and analysis, and (d) assessment report writing. Finally, we will demonstrate the methods and procedures with which the teacher education students develop their personalized assessment-models.
