Abstract: Given the conceptual and theoretical issues facing TPACK and its utility to the profession, now is the time to engage in dialogue regarding the future of TPACK as a theoretical framework for effective technology integration into teaching and learning. The purpose of this panel is to present divergent perspectives regarding the conceptual nature of the TPACK framework and to engage the TPACK community in active dialogue regarding the future of TPACK and its ongoing development. In doing so, it is the hope that future areas for research are identified that will have the potential to advance the TPACK framework and its value to the profession.
