Abstract: This presentation will review the best practices engaged by an adult and non-traditional student serving institution in the Northeast United States in serving undergraduate and graduate students whose educational opportunities and modalities of choice were adversely impacted by the events of the COVID-19 pandemic. This institution was able to pivot rapidly towards offering an array of live online educational opportunities and related ancillary services. In so doing, the institution was able to maintain and exceed expectations for student performance and retention, notwithstanding worldwide events.
