Abstract: This poster session represents a look at providing professional learning using an innovative Digital Badging model. Based on motivational research and using a strong instructional design method, this systematic method provides a template for delivering any professional learning content. This Digital Badging Adventure will provide the research based pathway for viewers to: 1. Understand the best use and true purpose of using digital badging (Sharing research) 2. Analyze their use of badging as a systematic process (based on research, housed in our Google Site) 3. Create learning objectives, qualifications, quality levels, and delivery processes for the digital badge of their choosing 4. Create a simple digital badge using a variety of free tools (Sharing many free tools) 5. Curate their information onto a provided template for future use (They create all needed info & copy of the digital badge on our provided template) 6. Create a plan for how to use digital badging within their given setting (They goal plan and set intentions for developing and using a system in their setting)
