Abstract: The KSU iTeach MakerBus is a mobile makerspace operated by Kennesaw State University (KSU) iTeach in Kennesaw, Georgia. Designing and developing the iTeach MakerBus began in 2016 and was completed in 2018. The MakerBus team has since conducted over 350 events focused on maker-based learning and STEM education, reaching 26,000 students and 6,000 teachers. This presentation will feature lessons learned from the design and production of the bus, logistical obstacles, and the implementation of curriculum and projects with students and teachers.
