Biography
Cindy is Associate Professor of Special Education at Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. She teaches special education courses, special education technology courses, and school librarian and technology specialist courses. She is Chairperson of the Special Education Special Interest Chair of the Society for Information Technology in Teacher Education on the board of the Inclusive Learning Network of the International Society for Technology in Education where she is chairperson.
