Biography

Lori Imasiku is an assistant professor in the College of Education and International Services at Andrews University. In addition to a full teaching load, she serves as the Program Coordinator of the graduate Curriculum & Instruction program and the Field Placement Coordinator for the teacher certification programs. Lori has been an educator for 17 years which includes 10 years as a middle school math teacher. She has degrees in international and multicultural education and counselor education and focuses on researching international student voice in education. When she is not working, she enjoys times with her family which includes coaching her children’s soccer teams with her husband.
