Abstract: In this paper, we describe the use of Knowledge Forum as a support for the creation of professional development based on collaborative process. The main idea is to create a community of practitioners that will be able to use new competences related to the construction of knowledge This project is promoted by the Government of Catalonia in collaboration with the University. The study shows the first outcomes and also the theoretical and educational significance of working with a wide range of teachers.
