Abstract: Various virtual laboratories have been developed to be used in a course on lasers. a) "Understanding the spectral emission of a laser" illustrating the gain of a laser, its cavity mode frequencies and their polarization, and simulation of the effects of a PZT crystal associated with the cavity. b)"Zeeman Effect and lasers" showing the effects of Zeeman mode splitting, the frequency beating of the split mode and the effects of magnetic field and laser frequency on this beating.c)"Frequency Stabilization of a laser via Zeeman beating or Polarization" allowing the simulation of the observation of the Lamb dip in a laser.d)“Molecular ...
