Abstract: Cases enhance the overall learning environment, process, and outcomes. The e-medium has the potential to enrich case studies by transforming traditional paper-based cases into e-cases. The various characteristics of e-learning, such as multimedia content, online communication tools, and the availability of copious resources, should support the environment, process and potentially enhance learning. This project aimed to develop e-cases to realize these potentials. Two e-cases were built and piloted.
