Abstract: The number of E-Learning courses has dramatically increased throughout the world in the past decade. The quality of these courses has spanned the full spectrum from questionable to exemplary practices. What can we learn from past efforts? In fact, high quality e-Learning courses consistently share common characteristics. The presenters will identify these essential ingredients and offer insightful strategies in designing, enhancing and assessing online courses.
