Abstract: The teaching methodology using the Roundhouse Diagram is described and discussed. The Roundhouse diagram is a graphic-based organizer used by teachers and students to plan, memorize and reflect. The technique is based on George Miller’s psychological research of the magical number seven (+ or – 2). Our research suggests that using the Diagram makes retention far more effective. The computer-based applications of the Roundhouse diagram are described.
