Abstract: There are various formats for online peer collaboration and numerous ways to enrich online learning environments. This panel discussion focuses subtopics on team building and team work evaluation strategies, teaching that is multicultural – introducing an online Socratic seminar, online discussion facilitation and evaluation, and manageable online collaboration. Viewpoints will be presented by the panelists and pros and cons will be discussed with the audience. This panel discussion will be a mutual learning experience for both panelists and audience. The goal of the panel discussion is to help higher education improve online programs that will best benefit the field of information technology and teacher education.
