Abstract: The present report intents to show the importance of teaching-learning strategies to help the development of professional competences in virtual learning environment, in reference to the courses of national learning service (SENAC - SP) in São Paulo, Brazil. There so, intend to show the basis to elaborate contents to virtual learning environment, specific about teaching methodologies to enrich student learning process, using Blackboard platform. The practice that this educational service is doing indicates the needs of rethinking knowledge and practice in courses that prepared students to labor.
