Abstract: This paper is a report on the implementation and evaluation of a teachers’ in-service training program for the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in school. We focused on teachers as ICT leaders for the use of ICT in each school, and designed and implemented a teachers’ training program to help the ICT leaders encourage other teachers’ use of ICT in their own schools. We evaluated this training program based on Kirkpatrick’s model. The results showed that this training program was useful in encouraging the ICT leaders to promote the use of ICT, and that the teachers in target schools understood and used ICT in class more than the teachers in non-target schools.
