Abstract: The learner-centered teaching and learning are techniques that focus on developing skills that meet the challenges that face learners in the 21st century. Many colleges and universities have an Office of Instructional Technology Support, which provides faculty members with the technology, tools and support needed to enhance teaching and learning. From a constructionist perspective, knowledge cannot simply be given to students: Students must construct their own meanings" (Stage, Muller, Kinzie, and Simmons, 1998, P. 35).
