Abstract: Abstract: The Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps is a well-known and long-standing collaboration between the military and public education. It has been in place for almost a century but is it keeping pace with today’s educational demands? This paper attempts to explore the use of technology in the program. Does JROTC integrate technology in the curriculum? If so, what types of technology are used and how? What might we expect for future implementation of the program; particularly in the areas of culture, language, and strategic thinking?
