Abstract: We have developed a methodology from our years of experience to assist both pre-service and in-service EFL teachers in using online video to create effective language lessons. The Revised English Curriculum for the State of Israel (Nov. 2013) stated: Activities that enable learners to be involved cognitively and affectively in the learning process are a crucial element in learning English. Teachers need to provide learners with thought-provoking learning opportunities in order to promote effective language learning.
