A framework to enhance reflection in pre-service teachers

Abstract: This paper aims to provide a visual representation of the framework designed to target the enhancement of reflective abilities of pre-service teachers. It was developed from the overlap of a number of theoretical perspectives incorporating the areas of reflection, dispositions of thinking and the development of eLearning environments. By combining these ideas, the framework provides a model from which to plan, implement and review an electronic learning environment to enhance the reflective attributes of pre-service teachers.
