Abstract: The current communication has the aim to reflect on a diploma that is offered to bachelor students at scholarship program from the Open University and Distance Education Coordination at Mexican National Autonomous University as to promote the educational innovation and take advantage of the technological benefits as well as to foster interdisciplinary research emphasizing on educational environments and scaffold high quality human resources instruction within the framework of practice communities. The diploma structure is introduced and the implementing results on the open and mix modality, besides analyzing the students┬┤ participation on the diploma┬┤s promotion. Additionally a reflection is presented on improvements, design, content, activities and evaluation.
