Abstract: As one of the methods to increase an opportunity of working for people with disabilities, crowdsourcing is considered to make it easier to provide jobs to persons who are difficult to work as a company employee due to their disabilities. The introduction of crowdsourcing reduces the commuting load of people with disabilities and discrimination and prejudice against them and brings them the improvement of sense of labor and the purpose in life. However, it seems necessary to design the mechanism that considers the situation of persons with disabilities in order to work by using crowdsourcing. In this paper, we research the application of Kinect technology in order to put crowdsourcing to practical use at a higher level and to increase the employment participation for people with disabled.
