Abstract: On the Job Training (OJT) is common in the employee education of a corporation. Because of the remarkable educational effects of OJT, universities also tend to introduce some kind of OJT-like learning. We are conducting “Digital Signage Project”, which aims to revitalize the regional shopping street by using digital signage system. The project team consists of students of Kanazawa Institute of Technology, and the members of the project produce the digital signage contents for the publicity of the regional stores. We found that the members of the project take relatively short time to accomplish the movie production, compared to the classroom subject. Almost all of the project members are well-motivated, encouraged and satisfied by the activity.
