Abstract: As teacher has become more of a guide-on-the-side their role is defined as being a learning designer setting the stage for student’s activities. This underlines the importance of active and student-focused use of ICT in schools. This paper presents a work-in-progress study exploring factors on teachers’ capability to function as a designer for educational use of ICT.
