The Impact of Today's Technology and Pedagogy on Health Science Educators
Abstract: There is still a high demand for on-line delivery of courses and programs. At the same time, teaching Sciences on line there is a concern about the academic value or worth of the on-line delivery as the achievement of the quality and content that covers required course objectives. In order to identify how to use our pedagogy and previous classroom strategies to on-line delivery there is a need to combine the technology and pedagogy with participation of faculty, administrators and others. These collaborative teams should involve instructional designers who would help to create the most optimal blueprint or template for science course teaching on-line so students can achieve their desired goals. Critical thinking, analysis and application of multiple content related topics are not easy to be assessed by using pure delivery of science courses on line.
