Abstract: This study is to use structural equation modeling to explore the relationships among principals’ technology leadership, diffusion of innovations of smarter classroom and students’ academic achievement. The research subjects were the in-service teachers using smarter classroom for teaching in public elementary schools of Taiwan. 226 valid samples were returned in the formal survey. The findings showed that the measurement model’s goodness-of-fit is good proposed by this study. In the verification of predictive model, it is shown that teacher’s perception level over “diffusion of innovations of smarter classroom” has significant influence on their “students’ academic achievement”.
