Abstract: Opportunities abound for new generation students in taking their learning to the next level which employs technologies such as mobile devices and tablet computers with wireless broadband access. There are many ways of using technology to support students’ learning which enables them to plan, monitor, evaluate and regulate their cognitive learning. However, students need to take responsibility for their learning by self-regulating their learning processes.
