Abstract: Abstract: With the implementation of learning management systems in elementary and secondary schools, students are expected to complete assignments simply because they are “available” online; however, that availability becomes a moot point when the students’ families have limited access to computers and Internet connectivity outside of the school campus. This poster presentation provides insight into how best practices can be implemented to improve learner utilization of online resources for students who have limited access.
