Abstract: This paper reports on a work-in-progress designed to explore real-world, real-time feedback and assessment of a library conference event in relation to creativity, innovation, and value. Amabile’s consensual assessment technique (CAT) is adapted for use in this exploration through an interactive conference poster; social media in the form of twitter streams; an interactive web-based discussion forum; and an assessment space using an online survey tool. Content analysis is used to identify Twitter content for inclusion in the assessment space.
