This study selects 40 students whose major involves design. They first take on one-month lessons on Inspiration—a computer-based concept mapping software. Next, the students use concept mapping software to create and produce digital films. According to researchers and the evaluation of five experts, there is significant positive correlation between the performance in concept map and creativity. To put it another way, better concept maps yield creative performances—a significant positive relation. As we can see that it sure is an effective creative tool.
