Abstract: In this continuing project on digital competence, we look to better understand the development of digital skills from a longitudinal perspective. Building on previous studies into the use of technology for learning in Middle school students, the present single case study uses a mixed methods approach to examine the acquisition and retention of digital skills over time in teaching staff and students from a newly equipped technology-rich elementary school.
