Abstract: In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there are some of the core technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), IoT (Internet of Things), Robotics, etc. However, these technologies are not systematized because of the state-of-the-art technologies. We focused on IoT and aimed to develop the framework of IoT education. In the first step of our research, the scheme of the framework of IoT education is built and it has been developed that the IoT educational program for workers at workshop to meet the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The IoT educational program consists of 3 parts; Pre e-learning, IoT workshop and Review e-learning. And our program has the objectives to educate workers who are able to build the prototype IoT system by themselves for creating new business. In this paper, our IoT educational program in the workshop and the result of an experimental workshop are introduced.
