Abstract: This presentation reports a longitudinal study investigating student perceptions about online peer critiques. Participants are graduate students in discussion-based online courses in a large urban university of the United States. Students are required to post their projects online and conduct peer critiques of each other's projects. Student perceptions about online peer critique are collected through student written reflections and a short survey. Data collection spans over six semesters. Student written reflections and survey are analyzed. This presentation will discuss student attitudes and concerns in participating in online peer critiques
