Abstract: In Japan, children's food education has been emphasized by the Basic Act on Food Education (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology 2005); thereby educators are now actively promoting food education. However, there are many countries that suffer from obesity, and the need to improve dietary habits is increasing worldwide (Marie Ng et al. 2014).
