Share Paper: Borrowing from literacy pedagogy: Using information and communication technologies ‘to, with and by’ students

Abstract: This presentation stems from a larger study about about how information and communication technologies (ICT) are used by teachers to support students’ learning. The ‘borrowed literacy pedagogy’ is the pedagogy of reading to, with and by students. In my re-analysis of the interview data, it became apparent that the teachers used an approach similar to this reading pedagogy in how they used ICT in their classroom practice to support students’ learning.
