Abstract: This paper presents the best practices for teaching elementary students to develop a website for a good cause. For this project, fourth-grade students at a private elementary school in Oklahoma City, OK learned how to develop a website for a non-profit organization. This organization is deeply committed to providing universal access to facilities and recreation opportunities for people with disabilities. Students designed the Wordpress website accessworksbest.org with the cohort instructor through Zoom, an online learning platform.
