Abstract: This session examines e-learning as a pivotal component in redesigning preparation programs for school principals. It describes how sharing electronic documentation of meeting specific administrative standards fosters synergistic learning for individuals and for entirecohort groups of prospective administrators. Case examples demonstrate how students continue the process of team learning initiated on campus throughout their year of internship through electronic formats. Shared examples highlight how e-learning can sustain and enhance an administrator's ability to 1) keep pace with contemporary issues in leadership 2) share strategies for meeting academic challenges 3) empower teaching staffs through greater access to information and to each other.
