Abstract: We have developed the web-based diagnostic support system with WBT (Web-based training) for practioners to help management of pressure ulcer. The pressure ulcer is a troublesome disease that causes patients under- or malnutrition or compromised state. We have not found the effective method of prevention, care and treatment that is accurately standardized for the complex condition of the pressure ulcer. Hence, the online consultation system by chat or report system is provided to offer the effective, latest information by the specialists to the practioners to prevent prolonging hospitalization which is caused by the deterioration of the pressure ulcer. The appropriately diagnosed cases are also available to the users as WBT for the reference after being made anonymous. We have started in this region the experimental trial of named the "Pressure Ulcer Care Net" to home-visit nursing center including its operation and maintenance.
