Abstract: In university education there are two groups involved, students and scientific staff. Interaction takes place mainly within the specific groups. Scientific staff works together to prepare and give lectures and to organize tutoring offers for students. Students collaborate to gather and explore learning material and to explain each other the subjects taught. Students and scientific staff are facing each other not only in their roles as teachers and learners, but also as researchers and student assistants.
