Abstract: This study investigates the growing provision and use of technology at the House of Tiny Treasures, an early childhood development center for children of the homeless, that is currently involved in a partnership with an urban university. Technology donated by various private and cooperate entities was implemented by university personnel. University professors began and continued professional development for the teaching staff and helped to develop learning strategies for these special young students.
