Abstract: Now Blending Learning already became the focus which was highly concerned by education technology field. At the same time, the effective integration of IT and curriculum is still an unresolved theoretical and practical subject which waited to be studied in our country’s new education reform. This article try to analyse and elaborate the connotation and goal, the way and level, the leading concept and principle of the integration of IT and curriculum from a view of Blending Learning, and to explore actively the new idea and method of effective integration of IT and curriculum.
