Abstract: This study can serve to promote research agendas conducted within and about sectors of the higher education continuum more oriented toward practitioners. The study focuses on a group of practitioner-researchers comprised of mid-career community college administrators that are seeking to broaden their scope of knowledge about inquiry methods best suited to work that involves localized, rather than generalizable and traditional research. The dissemination of said research via modalities that colleagues will readily access has been a challenge that can potentially be mitigated via the widely available technology of podcasting.
