E-Learning - Evaluation of a Multimedia Case Study in a Post Graduate Course for Teachers
Abstract: The utilization of e-learning technologies in distance education has been gradually increasing over the last decade. With the progression of e-learning, has come the exploration and evaluation of the tools that can enhance learning at a distance. The use of interactive multi media case studies may be a tool that can be used to deliver or enhance e-learning instruction at a distance. The multimedia can be designed to be interactive in nature and may be visually interesting and engaging to students. It is also possible to use multimedia to reproduce situations that could be encountered in the real world. This paper discusses the results of an evaluation of a multimedia case study developed to enhance an e-learning approach for a distance education post graduate program for teachers.
