Abstract: To address the challenges inherent in moving online, institutions must reinvent the processes of peer collaboration and course assessment. Part of such a shift is relatively straightforward and mechanical- constructing a virtual space where faculty within courses, programs, schools can share content and discuss problems, solutions and unresolved issues in an environment shared only with their peers. But there must also be a cultural change to embrace collaboration, to open up and formalize assessment.
