Abstract: This paper presents a case study which was conducted to explore the use of blended learning to improve the I.T. security awareness of staff within our corporation case study. Advances in learning technology are providing new and innovative ways to provide training and human resources development. Our blended learning approach incorporates the use of a face-to-face training program and an online learning program built with Moodle to deliver an I.T. security awareness program aimed at improving the I.T. security awareness of corporate staff. Findings suggest our blended learning approached succeeded in helping the corporation and their members’ improve their I.T. security awareness in a shorter amount of time.
