Knowledge Management & E-learning : create shared process
Abstract: In the quality department of a European leading company, the challenge is to avoid the ‘information overload’. In fact, facing the overwhelming amount of information, quality engineers have no time to use all these information. A lot of these information are recurrent (Project Managers questions for example) ; there is no capitalization process. Quality engineer task is to support Project Managers ; but there is no e-learning tools in order to help a new project manager.The challenge is to create knowledge management database and a knowledge capitalization process useful in a ‘learning company’.
